One of the best things about WW....

You get 35 flex points per week.  Flex points allow you to cheat a little.  You can use them all in one sitting, or spread them out over the week. It's up to you! This really teaches you that everything is ok in moderation. Good luck! Oh, remember 1-2 lb per week is normal.  A lot of people that I know lost 4-6 lbs the within the first two weeks and then after that they tend to average 1 to 2 lb per week.
